Wake Forest University is holding a brief interfaith gathering today at noon in Davis Chapel to honor the victims and families affected by the mass shooting in Orlando. The Chaplain’s Office, LGBTQ Center and the Office of the Dean of Students invite WFU students, faculty and staff to attend.
The event is not open to the public or to media; however, journalists are welcome to mention the gathering in coverage about local responses to the tragedy.
Support services are also being offered to members of the Wake Forest community.
