Media Advisory: Wake Forest University to Host Hunger U

“The United States is the most abundant food-producing country in the world, yet 52 million Americans are hungry,“ states Hunger U, a traveling bus tour that stops at universities across the country to educate students, faculty and staff about global hunger issues. The next stop on their tour is Wake Forest University.

Who: Wake Forest students, faculty and staff are encouraged to attend and participate in the interactive displays on global hunger.

What: The tour bus exhibits educate visitors about ways to help reduce food insecurity, including using modern agriculture methods.
