Historic Reynolds Gym transformed into center for health and wellbeing

Two cornerstones now mark the entrance to Wake Forest University’s historic W.N. Reynolds Gymnasium. The original – 1954 – shows the year the gym was built. A new one – 2017 – marks its transformation into a dynamic new center for health and wellbeing.

WFU campaign reaches $700 million mark

Wake Forest University received more than $112 million in gifts and commitments between July 1, 2016 and June 30, 2017. This is the third time Wake Forest has surpassed the $100 million fundraising mark in a single fiscal year since beginning the Wake Will campaign.

Alumnus Mit Shah donates additional $5 million to Wake Forest Basketball

WFU receives $15 million for Sutton Sports Performance Center & Basketball Player Development Center

Wake Forest soon will break ground on the Sutton Sports Performance Center and the Basketball Player Development Center thanks to the continued generosity of Ben Sutton (’80, JD ’83, P ’14, P ’16, P ’19). The construction of these two buildings is a $50 million project — all of which has been pledged by athletic donors like Sutton.

Wake Will Lead: WFU sets new goal to raise $1 billion by 2020

Wake Forest University has raised more than $625 million through Wake Will: The Campaign for Wake Forest. Having surpassed its initial fundraising goal of $600 million by 2018 two years ahead of schedule, Wake Forest will build on support from alumni, parents and friends to extend the campaign and raise $1 billion by 2020.
