Media Advisory: Students named to Wake Forest University’s Fall 2014 Dean’s List

The following Wake Forest University students have been named to the university’s Dean’s List for the 2014 fall semester. Students who achieve a 3.4 and no grade below a C were named to the list.

A ‘Best Value’ Once Again

Wake Forest is again one of the nation’s “Best Value” colleges and universities according to The Princeton Review. The rating uses a unique ‘Return-on-Education’ (ROE) rating that measures 40 data points including academics, graduation rates and salaries.

School of Medicine to build downtown

The School of Medicine has announced plans for a new medical education building in the Wake Forest Innovation Quarter. Construction will begin immediately with plans to welcome students in July 2016, coinciding with the introduction of one of the most advanced medical school curriculums in the country.

A Wake Forest tradition, Hit the Bricks is an eight-hour relay race along the brick pathways of Hearn Plaza in honor of Brian Piccolo, a Wake Forest alumnus and Chicago Bears running back who died of cancer at age 26.
