Wake Forest has appointed Rogan Kersh as the University’s new provost and professor of political science.  A Wake Forest alumnus, Kersh currently serves as the associate dean of academic affairs and professor of public policy at New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.

Going Google+

On Thursday, Google announced that the social networking tool Google+ has launched for colleges and universities who are using its Apps for Education tools. Wake Forest is among the first in the nation to bring the new app to campus.

WFU establishes LGBTQ Center

Angela Mazaris has been selected by Wake Forest to establish a Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning and Queer (LGBTQ) Center at the Reynolda Campus. The center will be a source of educational programming, support and advocacy for the entire campus community.
