Wake Forest University’s student chamber ensembles will present a concert Monday, April 14, at 8 p.m. in Scales Fine Arts Center’s Brendle Recital Hall.
The program will feature four Michael Praetorius pieces played by a five-guitar ensemble and a Bach work arranged for saxophone quartet. A Bach cantata for soprano and flute and a Haydn string quartet are included on the program. The Wake Forest Flute Choir, directed by Kathy Levy, also will perform several selections.
Student ensembles are coached by Wake Forest music faculty members.
