WFU To Offer Lecture on Chinese Foreign Policy

Guest lecturer Brantly Womack will discuss “The Basic Parameters of China’s Foreign Policy” at 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 15, in Carswell Hall’s Annenberg Forum at Wake Forest University.

Womack, professor of government and director of the East Asia Center at the University of Virginia, has published several books on Chinese politics. They include “Contemporary Chinese Politics in Historical Perspective,” “Politics in China” and “Openness and Foreign Policy Reform in Communist Studies.”

The public lecture is sponsored by the politics honors society, the Asian studies program, the politics department and the international studies office at Wake Forest.
