Environmental Studies Professor to Speak at WFU

Orr will speak on “Ecological Design and a Liberal Arts Education” at 7:30 p.m. in Benson University Center, Room 401.

The lecture is free and open to the public.

Orr is author of the following books: “Earth in Mind: On Education, Environment, and the Human Prospect,” “The Campus and Environmental Responsibility” and “Ecological Literacy: Education and the Transformation to a Postmodern World.” He is the education editor of the journal “Conservation Biology.”
