“Saturday Night Live” Comedian Will Perform at WFU

Comedian Jim Breuer, the “Saturday Night Live” cast member best known for his “Goat Boy” character, will perform at Wake Forest University on Friday, Oct. 16.

The show begins at 8 p.m. in Wait Chapel. Tickets are $12.

Breuer, who has performed stand-up comedy since his college days, is a third-year veteran on “SNL.” In addition to “Goat Boy,” Breuer is also known for his impression of actor Joe Pesci on the show’s regular skit, the “Joe Pesci Show.”

Breuer, who co-starred in the movie “Half Baked,” hosts the “Jim Breuer Show” on MTV and Comedy Central’s “Premium Blend” series. He recently filmed his first half-hour special for Comedy Central’s “Pulp Comics.”

Breuer’s television work also includes two seasons on the nationally syndicated show “Uptown Comedy Club” and appearances on many network shows including “Late Night with Conan O’Brien” and “Late Show with David Letterman.”
