Anthropology Museum holds graduation sale
Wake Forest University’s Museum of Anthropology will hold its annual graduation shop sale from May 1-17.
Community members will receive a 10 percent discount on purchases $5 and higher. Members of the Museum Friends organization will receive a 20 percent discount.
The museum shop carries a selection of handcrafted items from around the world, including Native American jewelry, Chinese dolls and folk crafts, and assorted masks, carvings, boxes, stationery and toys. Museum staff can provide information on the origins, materials and uses of objects in the shop. Gift certificates are available.
The museum is located on the Wake Forest campus behind Kentner Stadium. During the sale, museum hours are Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. and 1-4:30 p.m. on Monday, May 16.
