The Rev. David Forbes, pastor of Christian Faith Baptist Church in Raleigh, will preach during Wake Forest University Divinity School’s Jan. 22 chapel service. The Wake Forest Gospel Choir also will perform during the 11 a.m. event in Davis Chapel.
The event is free and open to the public.
Forbes’s sermon will focus on the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr.
The Wake Forest Divinity School began its third year this fall. The school’s inaugural class will graduate in May.
