Earthsave founder to speak at WFU

Howard Lyman, the president of EarthSave International, will speak at Wake Forest University March 21.

His talk, “Mad Cow Disease: Food, Health and Our Planet,” will begin at 8 p.m. in Benson University Center’s Pugh Auditorium.

The event is sponsored by Wake Forest’s health and exercise science department and the North Carolina chapter of EarthSave, an international organization that promotes food choices it contends are healthy for people and the planet.
