Traffic detours planned during WFU commencement
Wake Forest University will be closed to through traffic for its commencement ceremony on Monday, May 19, from 7 a.m. until the ceremony ends around noon.
Parking passes and tickets are required to enter campus and attend commencement. Passes and tickets are reserved for graduates, guests and commencement staff.
Anyone not attending commencement should plan to take alternate routes around campus.
Parking on campus is limited on commencement morning. Anyone attending commencement is encouraged to use the university’s shuttle service, which will provide continuous transportation to and from parking lots at Groves Stadium from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
University employees are encouraged to park in the Groves Stadium parking lots and use the shuttle service.
