Tenor Nicholas Mason performs voice recital at WFU

Nicholas Mason, a Wake Forest University senior tenor and Presidential Scholar in Music, will present a recital Nov. 22 at 3 p.m. in Wake Forest’s Brendle Recital Hall at Scales Fine Arts Center.

The recital will feature works by several composers, including Mozart, Schubert, Antonia Cesti, Stefano Donaudy, Claude Debussy and contemporary composer Moses Hogan.

Mason is a student of Richard Heard, Wake Forest associate professor of music, and will be accompanied by Thomas Turnbull on piano.

The concert is free and open to the public. A reception will be held in the lobby immediately following the concert. For more information, call 758-5364.
