Kushner postpones Jan. 27 lecture at Wake Forest

Due to weather-related travel problems, Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Tony Kushner has postponed his Jan. 27 lecture at Wake Forest University.

The university plans to reschedule Kushner’s visit later in the semester, but a new date has not been set.

Kushner is the author of “Angels in America” and other plays. His lecture in Wait Chapel was scheduled to be part of the university’s celebration of its 2003-2004 theme year “Fostering Dialogue: Civil Discourse in an Academic Community.
