Graylyn Conference Center wins award

Wake Forest University’s Graylyn International Conference Center has won the 2004 Planner’s Choice Award for Excellence in Meeting Services and Facilities by the subscribers of Meeting News magazine. Graylyn received the award for exemplifying the highest level of quality and service from the facilities and staff.

The magazine asked subscribers to vote for facilities that best served their corporate meetings during the past year. The voting criteria included the following: excellence in helpfulness and efficiency of the meeting and hotel staff, high quality meeting facilities, banquets and catering, accommodations, recreational activities and overall ambiance. Professional corporate and association meeting planners selected Graylyn Conference Center for exceptional convention and hospitality service.

Graylyn also won the 2004 Pinnacle Award for the eighth year by Successful Meetings magazine, and the 2004 Gold Key Award by Meetings & Conventions magazine.

Graylyn opened in 1984 and is a member of the International Association of Conference Centers.
