Business students win international competition
A team of four undergraduate business students has won the KPMG Global Case Competition in Athens, Greece.
Representing the United States in the competition were senior Andrea Kensy of Upper Holland, Pa.; juniors Swayze Smartt of Dallas, Texas, and Zachary Zimbile of Allenwood, N.J.; and sophomore Louis Brotherton of Seattle, Wash.
They advanced to the finals of the competition on April 8 and competed against teams from France, Sweden and Germany on April 9. There were also teams from Russia, the United Kingdom, Norway, Canada, Spain, Luxemburg and the Czech Republic in the competition.
The Wake Forest team qualified for the international competition by winning the national round of the KPMG Global Case Competition in January.
