WFU’s Graylyn Conference Center wins two industry awards

Graylyn International Conference Center has been awarded two of the meeting and conference industry’s top awards for 2003.

Graylyn, which is owned and operated by Wake Forest University, won the Gold Key Award from Meetings & Conventions magazine for the fourth consecutive year. The annual award is voted on by readers of the magazine. Graylyn will be honored at a Nov. 7 ceremony in New York City and be featured in the magazine’s November issue.

Graylyn also received a Pinnacle Award from Successful Meetings magazine. More than 75,000 meeting and convention planners selected the winners. The magazine will include Graylyn in its annual Pinnacle Awards Directory, published in August. This marks the seventh year the conference center has been awarded this distinction.

Graylyn opened in 1984 and is a member of the International Association of Conference Centers.
