WFU School of Law graduates top N.C. bar passage rate two years in a row
For the second time in two years, Wake Forest University School of Law graduates had the top bar passage rate among North Carolina universities for first timers taking the N.C. bar exam in July 2009.

President Nathan O. Hatch on Wednesday kicked off a building blitz that will involve several dozen students, faculty and staff volunteering over the next four days to build a Habitat for Humanity house in Winston-Salem.
A new exhibit by faculty and students, “Cuban Artists Books and Prints” now on display in the Hanes Arts Gallery, highlights the work of Cuban artists and writers to show a different side of the island nation.
Senior Marcus Keeley, one of the more than 60 students who worked on the “Cuban Artists Books and Prints” exhibit, says the experience helped him “appreciate the cultural and artistic offerings of a nation that should proudly be called ‘neighbor.’”
Today’s college students bring higher expectations and greater anxiety than their parents faced when they started college, says the counseling center’s Johnne Armentrout.
