WFU’s Paul wins second gold

Chris Paul holds the American flag. (Associated Press) Chris Paul scored 11 points to help the U.S. men's basketball team beat Spain to win gold Sunday at the 2012 London Olympics. The gold medal is the second for Paul, who also played on the U.S. team at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

Life in the past lane

High school students from across North America attend the National Junior Classics League annual conference at Wake Forest University. In July, Wake Forest was proud to host the 59th annual National Junior Classical League convention, helping to plan the event and providing faculty presentations, as well as giving the students a taste of the Demon Deacon lifestyle.
