“NBC Nightly News with Tom Brokaw” is scheduled to broadcast a story on the Food Lion/ABC case tonight that was taped at the Wake Forest University School of Law.
NBC correspondent Fred Francis visited the law school last Thursday, Jan. 29, to prepare a story on the case. During his visit, he met with some of the trial’s jurors, and he interviewed Wake Forest law professor David Logan. An expert on media law, Logan has watched the case closely and commented on it for a number of print and broadcast media locally and nationally.
An NBC producer said this week that the news story was scheduled to air tonight. Logan’s comments are expected to be included.
