WFDD to Broadcast “A Prairie Home Companion”

WFDD, Wake Forest University’s National Public Radio member station, will once again air the weekly variety show “A Prairie Home Companion” in January.

Beginning Jan. 10, WFDD (88.5 FM) will broadcast the show every Saturday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The weekly shows will be rebroadcast every Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. beginning Jan. 11.

“A Prairie Home Companion” with host Garrison Keillor features two hours of music, comedy sketches and special guests. Over 400 public radio stations air the show each week and reach about 2.3 million listeners.
