WFU Theatre studio series continues with ‘Brave Hearts’ March 5 and 6
The 2000-2001 Wake Forest University Theatre Studio Series will continue with performances of “Brave Hearts,” a one-act play by Canadian playwright Harry Rintoul March 5 and 6. Wake Forest senior Nick Kinder will direct the show.
“Brave Hearts” is set in a dusk-lit backyard in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. G.W., played by Carter MacIntyre, and Rafe, played by Tom Norton, suddenly come face-to-face after not seeing each other for six years. Their brief but intense former relationship is reexamined as the two discover that everything can change in a few years, and not necessarily for the better.
Performances will be held March 5 at 7:30 p.m. and March 6 at 4:30 p.m. in the Ring Theatre inside the Scales Fine Arts Center. The shows are open to the public and tickets will be sold at the door for $2.
