WFU Fine Arts Gallery features student work through May 21
The Wake Forest University Fine Arts Gallery will feature two new student art exhibits beginning now through May 21.
The “Wake Forest Student Exhibition” and “Senior Honors Exhibitions” will be open in the Fine Arts Gallery on the first floor of the Scales Fine Arts Center weekdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The “Wake Forest Student Exhibition” includes paintings, sculpture, prints, drawings, photography and digital media by undergraduate students.
The Upstairs Gallery will feature “Senior Honors Exhibitions,” a collection of works by five graduating art majors. The exhibit will feature one artist’s work each week.
Erin Cooke’s painting exhibit, “Obvious Identities,” will be shown now through April 15.
Jim Argenta’s paintings will be shown April 16-22 and Logan Eldridge’s sculpture will be shown April 24-29. Kevin Cole’s paintings will be displayed April 30-May 6. Meredith Mulhearn’s photography will be shown May 7-13.
