Visiting scholar to speak at WFU

Wake Forest University’s chapter of Phi Beta Kappa will host the lecture, “Literature and Society in the First Modern Period, 321 B.C. – A.D. 235,” with visiting scholar Joseph A. Farrell at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 6 in Benson University Center, Room 407.

Farrell is a professor of classical studies and Associate Dean for Arts and Letters at the University of Pennsylvania.

A coffee reception will be held prior to the lecture at 4 p.m.
