Four Wake Forest students have been awarded Fulbright Scholarships to conduct research and teach English during the 2026-2027 academic year.  

Since 1946, the Fulbright U.S. Student Program has provided nearly 450,000 students, scholars, scientists, professionals, teachers, and artists with life-changing opportunities to study, conduct research, and teach in over 160 countries and territories worldwide. 

The award is designed to facilitate cultural exchange and increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and those of other countries. 

Fulbright alumni have achieved distinction in government, science, the arts, business, philanthropy, education and athletics.

Wake Forest’s 2026 Fulbright Scholars
