Wake Forest University’s Calloway School of Business and Accountancy was ranked 32nd among the best undergraduate business programs in the country by U.S. News & World Report.
Calloway tied with seven other schools in the rankings, which were included in the 2000 edition of “America’s Best Colleges,” an annual guide published by U.S. News.
This is the first time since 1996 that U.S. News has ranked undergraduate business programs in its annual guide. The Calloway school was ranked 39th in the 1996 guide.
U.S. News considered a total of 327 schools that offer undergraduate business degrees and are accredited by the AACSB-International Association for Management Education. The academic quality of each school was rated by deans and senior faculty at peer institutions.
The Calloway school offers bachelor of science degrees in business, analytical finance and mathematical business, and a master of science degree in accounting.
An estimated 400 students are pursuing degree programs in the Calloway school.
