Jeff Teague had 28 points and James Johnson had 26, but Wake Forest couldn’t overcome a 22-point first-half deficit in losing to Duke, 101-91, in Durham on Sunday night.

Juicy Ethics

Students will address the popularity — and harmful nature — of Internet gossip sites during a symposium, “Juicy Ethics,” on Monday. Professor Alessandra Beasley Von Burg addresses students’ fear of being mentioned on one of those sites: ”They are forced to face their middle school fear of bullies — this time online bullies.”

From the bakery to IS: ‘Little Miss Muffin’

Rebecca Griffin Jones, an administrative coordinator in the Information Systems Department, had to leave the bakery business after she developed an allergy to gluten, a protein found in wheat. But now she’s self-published some of her most popular recipes in “Recipes From Little Miss Muffin Bakery and more.”

Deacons roll by Georgia Tech, 87-69

Wake Forest stormed out to a 23-point first-half lead, then withstood a Georgia Tech rally that cut the lead to five in the second half, before rolling to an 87-69 rout Wednesday night in Joel Coliseum.
