The National Jurist named Sarah Saint (JD ‘17) one of its “Law Students of the Year.”
The following Wake Forest University students have been named to the University's Dean's List for the 2016 fall semester. Students who achieve a 3.4 grade average and no grade below a C were named to the list.

When Manal Ahmidouch began her freshman year at Wake Forest University, she wasn’t sure which major she would pursue. She only knew that her father, a nuclear physicist, had advised her to think long and hard before taking his path.
Wake Forest football jumped out to a 31-7 lead and held on to defeat No. 23-ranked Temple 34-26 to win the 2016 Military Bowl. The victory was the Demon Deacons' first bowl win since 2008 and the first victory over a ranked team since 2011.
