Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center has announced plans to expand the Comprehensive Cancer Center and to build a pediatric emergency department.

Wake Forest, 16-0, is the top-ranked men’s basketball team in the country according to the Associated Press and the ESPN/USA Today Coaches poll. It is the first time since 2004-05 the Deacons have been in the No. 1 spot. They take on Virginia Tech Wednesday night.
