P.C. Barwick Jr., an attorney with Wallace Morris Barwick & Rochelle in Kinston, was among 13 Wake Forest University law alumni admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.
The alumni were admitted during a May 13 ceremony in Washington, D.C. Robert K. Walsh, dean of the university’s law school, moved for the group’s admission.
Following the ceremony, justices Antonin Scalia, Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sandra Day O’Connor attended a reception hosted by Wake Forest.
