TV Studio

LTN Global Communications’ Smartcloud IP video transport service provides regular high-quality video transport connections to most major broadcast networks. Learn more about Wake Forest’s fully-equipped, professional television studio to connect faculty members and campus newsmakers with global news media.

Radio

Wake Forest University offers ISDN connectivity for radio through NPR member station WFDD, which broadcasts from the Reynolda Campus.

Photography & Filming

To request photos or b-roll for news usage, contact media@wfu.edu. Guidelines are in place and approval is required for all other commercial and non-commercial photography and videography requests.

FERPA

Media sometimes ask colleges and universities to provide information about students that institutions are not permitted to share in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), a federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. FERPA governs what information Wake Forest University may release under certain circumstances. This section explains how FERPA pertains to information media may request.
