U.S. News ranks Wake Forest among top 30 universities
In U.S. News and World Report’s 2022-23 Best Colleges, Wake Forest University ranked among the top 30 national universities for the 27th consecutive year.Wake Forest was 29th overall among more than 400 national universities and was ranked 21st for undergraduate teaching.Categories: University Announcements

Following approval by the Winston-Salem City Council this week, Wake Forest will move forward to name roads on the Reynolda Campus in honor of four trailblazing professors. Roads will be named for Elizabeth Phillips, Dolly McPherson, Marjorie “Marge” Crisp and Herman Eure. President Wente announced plans in July for the road names.
Wake Forest will welcome nearly 1,400 first-year students on Wednesday, August 17.
